Who hires us?
Companies who rely on us range from healthcare to marketing, financial to science, universities to construction, and more. They are small to mid-sized. Some were recently founded, while others are one-hundred years old. Our clients benefit from our broad experience and appreciate that we bring much more to them than the canned solutions their competitors have tried.
One common thread of company leaders who come to us for culture work or leadership development is their desire to evolve to meet current challenges. They are under pressure, and they realize the old ways do not work well enough.
Coaching clients tend to be left-brain leaning leaders who studied things like science, engineering, systems, or finance and have worked in those areas for 15+ years. They seek our help with the people aspects that affect retention, revenue, and reputation.
Who is not a fit for us? Leaders adamantly holding on to outdated practices (some of which are illegal now), who want to bury their head in the sand, or who hate dogs. Companies willing to sacrifice employees or customers for investors are not a fit for us. There’s just no need to screw over one stakeholder for another, and we won’t help you do it.
