Deandra Audley, QC Supervisor for Ingredion Incorporated, has been in the science field for more than twenty years. She has worked with Boehringer Ingelheim, MRIGlobal, Quest Diagnostics, Plastikon Industries Inc. prior to joining Ingredion Inc., the $8 billion company based in Chicago, in 2021.

Deandra did not seek out a leadership path early in her career. She came into leadership because of her skills and natural abilities, and she has focused on developing as a leader for the past several years. Her unique approach to team leadership lately is worth sharing. Join the conversation to learn ways to engage your team and boost performance while caring about them.

Deandra holds a degree in Microbiology from the University of Kansas. She has two highly skilled dogs who keep her busy. She has many hobbies and is an interesting person you’ll be glad to meet!
