The Top Ten Ways to Show Up, Manage Up, and Move Up Without Cracking Up

  • Nonprofit Connect 125 East 31st Street Kansas City, MO, 64118 United States (map)

Join Connext: Emerging Nonprofit Leaders for a Lunch & Learn on the topic of managing up. Enjoy this professional development and networking opportunity over a casual lunch with fellow nonprofit professionals.

Young professionals are often eager to move their careers forward. It can be hard to balance job responsibilities and stay motivated while supporting a boss’s goals. In this Connext Lunch & Learn, Kelly Byrnes will share how young professionals can:

  • Show up to learn, contribute, and build your reputation for excellence

  • Manage up to support your boss’s goals and help them succeed

  • Move up to accomplish your own goals

We’ll cover all of those, along with how to balance them without getting too stressed out or cracking under the pressure.
